Volunteer or Donate

Donations are accepted at all Voluntary Service Office sites. Our veterans are interested in the same things as the general public; NEW reading materials (no hardbacks, please), new or gently used clothing (men’s and women’s), caps or hats, new wallets or purses, belts, puzzles, games, reading glasses, canes, small portable appliances, CDs and DVDs (no VHS please) and hygiene materials (small shampoos, handwipes, etc.). Many special needs exist, please contact Voluntary Service for updates on current projects that need your support.

Voluntary Service is also the official depository for all donated funds to benefit veterans, as well as donations in general. As with all donations, suitability will be determined by using guidance developed by local leadership. Please call our office and ask for help if you're unsure about whether a donation can be used by our healthcare system.

Voluntary Service cannot provide pick up service or store large items. Please refer to community charities for large items or pickup services.
