Important SORNs Update Information

This page contains links to current DOL Privacy Act System of Records Notices (SORNs). When the Department of Labor adds a new system or updates or withdraws a system, the change will be reflected on this site as soon as possible after the effective date indicated in the Federal Register Notice announcing the action. On April 29, 2016, the Department published a Notice in the Federal Register proposing 21 new systems, 107 amended systems, and 49 decommissioned systems. This notice also proposed two new universal routine uses to be added to the Department's list of 12 universal routine uses, making a total of 14 universal routine uses. The Department received several public comments and addressed them in the final Notice, which became effective July 22, 2016.
