Our clinic is located in Bloomington, Indiana at 455 South Landmark Avenue, Bloomington, Indiana 47403 serving our Veterans of Monroe County and surrounding areas.

Open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The clinic is closed federal holidays.  Phone: (812) 336-5723

The clinic does not offer emergency or inpatient services.     

The clinic offers the following services:

  • Phlebotomy services  7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
  • General Radiology
  • Primary Care
  • Tele-health
  • Orthotics 

 

The Veterans Transportation Service can help transport ambulatory Veteran patients that have no other means of transportation to the VA medical facilities – you can get more information about transportation from the VTN office, (317) 988-2472
