Web messages
- If you have a SAW User ID and Password, log in to My DOR and click send a Message under the “I Want To” menu.
- If you do not have a SAW User ID, it’s easy to sign up.
- Once in the system, be sure to "Add Access to a Licensing or Tax Account" if you want to receive a binding tax ruling or correspond regarding a specific account. To do this, you will need your Account ID and Letter ID.
