Food Recalls |
The Office of Food Safety’s mission is to protect people served by FNS programs from foodborne illness. We do this by developing food safety education, instruction and technical assistance resources to support FNS program operators. We rely on science based food safety research and work closely with external food safety partners to make sure that our resources are useful and reflect current knowledge.
