Our clinic services the Veterans of Morgan County and surrounding aread. It is located at 2200 John R. Wooden Drive.

We are open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. except federal holidays.

The clinic does not offer emergency or inpatient services.

The clinic offers the following services:

  • Primary Care
  • Tele-Health
  • Orthotics
  • Phlebotomy 7:30 a.m. – 2:00pm
  • Physical Therapy
  • Mental Health Services
  • Nutrition CVT  services

The Veterans Transportation Service can help transport ambulatory Veteran patients that have no other means of transportation to the VA medical facilities – you can get more information about transportation from the VTS office, (317) 988-2472.
