Visitor Services Office (VSO) is the Library's welcoming bridge to many of its constituencies including Members of Congress, the visitors, researchers, and other important guests. To meet and greet its more than 1.7 million annual visitors, the office develops and operates the Library’s Visitor Services Programs.
