Clinical Quality Measures
The Million Hearts® Clinical Quality Measures (CQM) Dashboard is designed to display quality reporting measures focused on the Million Hearts® ABCS (Aspirin when appropriate, Blood pressure control, Cholesterol management, and Smoking cessation).
The CQM Dashboard provides a geographical view by quality reporting system and year of progress on the ABCS. The Dashboard documentation provides instructions on how to use the tool, definitions of key terms, and detailed descriptions of data sources.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Interactive Atlas of Heart Disease and Stroke is an online tool that enables users to map geographic disparities in heart disease and stroke at the local level.
