"A website that enables Federal, State, Local, and Tribal First Responders to easily access and leverage information on research and development to help responders become better protected, connected, and fully aware, along with resources, products, standards, testing and evaluation, and best practices. The site also provides information on and links to key DHS programs, such as System Assessment and Validation for Emergency Responders (SAVER) (a program that provides objective, practitioner-relevant, and operationally focused assessments and validations of commercially available, emergency response equipment), and Project 25 Compliance Assessment Program (P25 CAP)."

 

Training Tailored for Emergency Responders in Rural Communities

"All training delivered by the RDPC is certified by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and is offered tuition-free for a broad scope of stakeholders, including the traditional emergency response disciplines, other emergency support functions as defined by the National Response Plan, as well as critical infrastructure owners and operators."
