Before Your Visit
Before receiving services with San Francisco VAHCS, you should first determine your eligibility. Use our eligibility page to make an application for health care benefits.

Schedule An Appointment
Eligible veterans should contact the SFVAHCS to schedule an appointment with a primary care provider. Getting an appointment can be done in a number of ways.

Change or Cancel An Appointment
If you can't keep your appointment, please call toll-free, 877-487-2838. This way, we'll be able to see another Veteran during that time period.

There may come a time when you are unable to decide or tell us what you want. You have the opportunity now to make some decisions ahead of time.

Telephone Linked Care
Telephone Linked Care gives you access to a Patient Services Assistant and an Advice Nurse so that you can receive timely attention for your health care concerns.
