The Mobile Solution for Assessment Reporting (MSAR) software is supported by FHWA to provide a range of stakeholders, e.g., State Departments of Transportation, Federal Land Management Agencies, tribal governments, and FHWA employees, with a market-ready application that can be loaded on cell phones and tablets to make disaster data collection faster, easier and more efficient.
