Environmental Justice Initiative Addresses
Pollution, Public Health Concerns in Pomona

The City of Pomona was the focus of CalEPA’s latest community-led environmental justice initiative. After meeting with community members to identify their concerns, our multi-agency Environmental Justice Task Force conducted inspections of 150 facilities and stopped 300 heavy duty trucks for inspections.
