The Greenbrier County VA Clinic  functions as a primary care clinic for an estimated 1,700 Veterans residing in the Greenbrier, Monroe, Pocahontas, and Summers counties in West Virginia and Alleghany in Virginia.  The clinic has the capacity to provide care to 2,400 Veterans.
