The Ohio Development Services Agency is committed to providing transparency of its programs. The Agency is currently reviewing program rules pursuant to the Common Sense Initiative (CSI). The list of rules under review are listed below.  Comments or questions about the agency rule review process can be sent to Rule.comment@development.ohio.gov and copy csipubliccomments@governor.ohio.gov.  All comments must clearly state the program name and rule number in the subject line.

“Pursuant to the requirements of Executive Order 2011-01K and Senate Bill 2 of the 129th General Assembly, which requires state agencies, including the Ohio Development Services Agency, to draft rules in collaboration with stakeholders, assess and justify any adverse impact on the business community (as defined by Senate Bill 2), and provide opportunity for the affected public to provide input on the rules.”

The Percentage of Income Payment Plan Plus (PIPP Plus) is an extended payment arrangement that requires regulated gas and electric companies to accept payments based on a percentage of the household income for customers whose monthly countable income is at or below 150 percent of the current federal poverty guidelines.
