- Limits on Executive Compensation-NYS Executive Order #38
- Effective July 1, 2013, limitations on administrative expenses and executive compensation contained in Governor Cuomo's Executive Order #38 and related regulations published by the OTDA, go into effect. To provide assistance with compliance regarding Executive Order #38 and the related regulations, New York State has developed an Executive Order #38 website to assist the impacted community, to find assistance with compliance and to file the required disclosure, go to: NYS Executive Order # 38 website. This website serves as a comprehensive resource on the regulatory limitations and compliance with those limitations, including guidance and assistance for providers, as well as, the ability to submit an application for a waiver from the regulatory requirements.
