I want to file an application in person
I am a permanent resident and have not received my Green Card
I want to email a question about my case
Most of our forms can only be filed by mail. Check the filing instructions for the form you want to submit to see if you can file it in person. You can also file some applications online.
If you applied for an immigration benefit and did not receive the document you were expecting, you can send us an inquiry using E-request. NOTE: Do not submit an inquiry if your case was just recently approved. Please allow about 60 days to receive your document. You can check the status of your case using the Manage Your Case Tool. If Manage Your Case Tool indicates that the card was mailed, you will be given a U.S. Postal Service tracking number.
Email your questions regarding your case if you believe it is taking longer than expected, or you did not receive a notice or card or document in the mail. Or you can send us an email about any typographical errors.
