The Office of Enterprise Development (OED) provides professional development solutions to employees for increased knowledge transfer and retention of information. This office manages the training, conference planning and meeting management process as a means for creating a sustainable gold standard for all departmental trainings and conferences. OED works to improve staff performance, develop relationships with vendors and agency stakeholders, increase the standardization of training processes and improve the coordination of statewide meetings and conferences.
