CPUC Voting MeetingsThe CPUC holds regularly scheduled public meetings where at least three of the five commissioners (a quorum) meet to discuss and vote on proposed policies, rules and other issues. Finance and Administration Modernization Policy and Governance Compliance with Ordering Paragraphs (COPs)The Compliance with Ordering Paragraphs (COPs) database tracks and reports compliance of regulated entities with CPUC decisions issued after January 1, 2015. CPUC staff, stakeholders and members of the public can use the COPs application to: View the compliance status of all relevant ordering paragraphs issued after January 1, 2015; Run reports on aggregate compliance statistics; Search and sort database entries using various parameters; Export information and search results to MS Word or Excel. In an effort to promote transparency and accountability, this information is made available to the public on our website: Information and Statistics on Advice Letters Currently Open or Closed Within the Last 30 Days Information and Statistics on Open Proceedings Compliance with Ordering Paragraphs (COPs) Statistics on Consumer Contacts Monthly Safety Reports CPUC ContractsPursuant to Chapter 815, Statutes of 2016 (AB 1651, Obernolte), the Commission is making available information about each contract that has been awarded. AB 1651 requires the PUC to annually post the following information about each contract on the Commission’s internet website: (a) names, addresses, and points of contact of the parties to the contract; (b) the goods and services requested, as applicable; and (c) the contract value. AB 1651 also requires the PUC to post DGS audits of the PUC’s contracting practices. The information will be published annually for each state fiscal year (July – June).
