Information Collections

The following spreadsheets display the control numbers and expiration dates assigned to the Commission’s information collection requirements by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and OMB’s implementing regulations at 5 CFR Part 1320.

The Commission will continue to display the OMB Control Numbers and expiration dates directly on forms and other information collections where it is appropriate to do so.
