The DCRA Communications Team leads strategic communications and outreach activities for the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) by ensuring that key information about the nature and impact of DCRA activities is accessible, reliable, and delivered through multiple communications channels to stakeholders and the public.
The Communication Team promotes the agency by developing and implementing clear, consistent and engaging strategies that enhance public understanding of DCRA, its people and its value to District of Columbia residents, and supports the agency by creating and publishing materials vital to the agency’s mission.
