The Administrative Law Judges Division supports Commission
decision-making by processing formal filings, facilitating alternative dispute
resolution, conducting hearings, developing an adequate administrative record,
preparing timely proposals for Commission consideration, and preparing and
coordinating Commission business meeting agendas.
