California Online Campaign & Lobbying Filing System
Cal-Online is a web-based, data entry filing system that allows state
candidates, campaign committees, and lobbying entities to submit registration
and disclosure reports mandated by California's Political Reform Act to the
Secretary of State free of charge. The information is then reproduced on the
Secretary of State's Cal-Access web site for public viewing.

To use Cal-Online, the filer must have an authorized Cal-Access campaign or
lobbying identification number and password. If you are a new filer, click on
Account Set Up to obtain an identification number and password.
