Bulk Printed Forms No Longer Available
To help conserve our natural resources, the Department is no longer providing printed tax booklets and forms in bulk. Visit the Forms in Number Order web page to download forms.
Power of Attorney (POA) Changes
Beginning January 1, 2021, the Department will no longer accept IRS Form 2848. The Department will continue to accept the Colorado Tax Information Authorization or Power of Attorney (DR 0145) form.
Important Form 1099-NEC Information
Beginning January 15, 2021, you can submit Form 1099-NEC to the Colorado Department of Revenue via email.

Now that you have filed your income tax return, you are probably wondering when you can expect to get your refund. You can check the status of your return online 24/7.
COVID-19 Updates
A temporary state sales tax deduction is now available for qualifying retailers primarily in the bar, restaurant, and the mobile food services industries. The deduction is allowed to be retained by the business to provide assistance from business disruptions due to COVID-19 pandemic.
