Perdue Agriculture Recycling Plant Senator Carper will tour a first-of-its-kind facility that converts poultry litter into organic fertilizer products. The facility helps producers manage their litter, thereby protecting the Chesapeake Bay and Maryland, Delaware and Virginia inland bays from excess nutrients.
