Wage Theft Investigation

 
Ranking Member Gary C. Peters is conducting an investigation into wage theft and related improper practices harming workers. Senator Peters would like to hear from anyone who believes they have been victims of wage theft, including instances involving improperly refusing to pay rightfully earned wages or withholding wages or benefits for work performed as an employee or independent contractor.  Your information may help the Committee expose wage theft and develop ways to prevent it.
