***Statewide Tour Today, September 19th*** Wilmington- U.S. Senator Tom Carper will tour the state today to survey the damage caused by Hurricane Isabel and thank the hundreds of emergency responders who helped Delaware cope with the storm. The Senator is ready to do whatever he can on a federal level to help the residents of Delaware. The following is a tentative schedule and could change as the senator learns of new places hit hard by the storm.
