At 5:00 p.m., resume consideration of the nomination of Taylor McNeel to be US District Judge for the Southern District of Mississippi with a cloture on the nomination at 5:30 p.m.

Cloture has also been filed on the following nominations:

1. Philip Calabrese to be US District Judge for the Northern District of Ohio.

2. Kyle Hauptman to be a Member of the National Credit Union Administration Board.

3. Kathryn Davis to be a Judge of the US Court of Federal Claims.
