Mental Health Services
Emotional reactions to this health crisis are expected, especially for those on the frontlines. Free resources for Health Care Workers and First Responders are available. Resources include peer support groups through partnership with NAMI, individual and group therapist services provided by CDPH and a variety of apps available at no cost to help with anxiety, sleep and physical fitness.
Childcare
For Health Care Workers and First Responders with children at home, dependable childcare services can be secured without charge through our partnership with Sittercity or at childcare centers across the city.
Transportation
Free and reduced fare transportation options to help Health Care Workers and First Responders get to and from work.
Housing
For Health Care Workers and First Responders who cannot go home without fear of potential exposure to others, housing options are available at a number of city hotels.
