Rep. Lamborn's Statement on the 117th Congress

Washington, D.C.- Congressman Lamborn issued the following statement in regards to serving as a senior member on the House Natural Resources Committee: 

“In the 117th Congress, I plan to continue to focus on the critical issues before the House Armed Services Committee and remain a subcommittee ranking member. Colorado's 5th Congressional District is home to five military installations, including U.S. Space Command and U.S. Northern Command, that play a crucial role in defending our national security. Representatives Bruce Westerman, Paul Gosar, or Tom McClintock would all be strong ranking members of the House Committee on Natural Resources should they decide to run. As a senior member on the House Committee on Natural Resources, I will continue to work to responsibly develop our nation's energy and mineral resources and protect recreational access on our public lands.”
