Free Spectrum Broadband & Wi-FI: Charter will offer free Spectrum broadband and Wi-Fi access for 60 days to households with K-12 and/or college students who do not already have a Spectrum broadband subscription at any service level up to 100 Mbps. To enroll call 1-844-488-8395. Installation fees will be waived for new student households.


T-Mobile:   ALL current T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile customers who have plans with data will have unlimited smartphone data for the next 60 days (excluding roaming).  T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile customers will also be provided an additional 20GB of mobile hotspot tethering service for the next 60 days. They are working with their Lifeline partners to provide customers extra free data up to 5GB of data per month over the next two months. They will also be ncreasing the data allowance for free to schools and students using T-Mobile's EmpowerED digital learning programs to ensure each participant has access to at least 20GB of data per month for the next 60 days. Finally, they will be offering free international calling for ALL current T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile customers to Level 3 impacted countries.


Cox Media: Cox has extended free Connect2Compete service, the company’s low-cost internet offer for families with a K-12 student at home until July 15.  Remote service support is also extended to ensure ease of implementation while students continue to learn at home during the Coronavirus pandemic. Customers that sign up between March 13 and May 15 are eligible for this offer and will receive free service until July 15. Families can qualify for Connect2Compete by visiting  www.cox.com/c2c.


Duke Energy: The company will waive late payment fees and fees for returned payments beginning Saturday March 21 until the national state of emergency is lifted. For residential customers, the company will also waive fees for credit and debit card payments.


OUC: As your hometown utility, we’re committed to helping our customers, employees and community through times of need. During this time of uncertainty, we have suspended OUC service disconnects due to nonpayment until further notice. We encourage you to access your myOUC account from home 24/7 to view transactions, check usage, and more. If you have questions, please contact Customer Service at 407-423-9018 (Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.).


Tampa Electric and TECO Gas: Essential work will continue: For Tampa Electric, power plants, including solar facilities, will continue to generate electricity, and power outages will be restored. For Peoples Gas, natural gas service will continue, and the company will respond 24/7 to a gas leak and emergency calls. For both utilities, employees stand ready to serve customers and provide customer support by phone and online.
