If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 and may have had contact with a person with COVID-19, or recently traveled to countries with apparent community spread, call your healthcare provider or local public health department first before seeking medical care so that appropriate precautions can be taken.
You can reach the Florida Department of Health's dedicated COVID-19 Call Center at 1-866-779-6121. The Call Center is available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Residents can also send questions via email at COVID-19@flhealth.gov.

In support of the state’s efforts, Orange, Osceola and Polk Counties are also accepting coronavirus calls.
Testing Sites
AdventHealth
- Results can be expected in approximately 2-3 days. Those tested will receive a text message with instructions on how to retrieve the results. Those who test positive will receive a call from a nurse to review the results.
- The tests will be available to anyone who meets the criteria for testing, as set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The criteria for testing have recently expanded to include anyone who has had close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19, even if they are not currently experiencing symptoms. A doctor’s order is not required for testing.
- There will be no out-of-pocket costs, regardless of insurance status. AdventHealth will cover the cost of those who are uninsured.
- Those who are symptomatic and wish to be tested should visit AdventHealthCoronaVirusTesting.com prior to arrival.

Orange County: The mobile testing sites in Orange County will provide COVID-19 tests at no cost, but to be tested you must have an appointment. To schedule an appointment, call 407-723-5004, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 pm.

Polk County: Central Florida Health Care (CFHC) in Polk County will provide walk up and drive-thru COVID-19 testing at no cost to those who qualify from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM. For more information, please contact (866) 234-8524.
