Presidential Greetings
Please note: At this time, my office is awaiting guidance from the White House regarding the status of Presidential Greetings and we are, therefore, unable to submit any Presidential Greeting requests.
If you're a resident of the 1st Congressional District of Illinois and would like to receive a greeting from the President of the United States, please complete the form below. I would be happy to help you in securing any of the following:

- Birthday (Must be 80+ years of age or Vetarans who are 70+ years of age)

- Faith Leader Anniversary (Only issued for 25 years and every 5 years thereafter)

- Injury or Serious Illness
- Photograph (Of — not with — the President or First Family)
- Place of Worship Anniversary (Only issued for 25 years and every 5 years thereafter)

- School Anniversary (Only issued for 50 years and every 5 years thereafter)

- Spiritual Milestone
- Wedding
- Wedding Anniversary/Civil Union Anniversary (Only issued for 50+ years)
