WASHINGTON – Late Thursday evening, Officer Brian D. Sicknick of the U.S. Capitol Police passed away as a result of injuries sustained during the violent insurrection by domestic terrorists on the U.S. Capitol. Congressman Vicente Gonzalez (TX-15) was in the U.S. House of Representatives chambers when the domestic terrorists breached the chamber doors.
