The Division of Child Support Services (DCSS) is here to help. Below are links to several different services offered by DCSS to assist custodial parents, as well as non-custodial parents.

Updates

12/28/2020 The Delaware Division of Child Support understands that it may be tough to pay your court ordered child support during these difficult times of the COVID-19 pandemic. Please remember that child support is a court ordered judgement and we do not have the ability to stop your order. While the division is sympathetic to your situation, we will try and help you as much as possible during these difficult times. On our Facebook page we post employment opportunities several times a week. While it may not be the job you have or want, until you are able to return to your pre-COVID employment, it offers an opportunity to earn money to keep your child support order current. We have an online payment service called iPayOnline in which you can make payments without having to drive to an office and make a physical payment. Our Customer Service Unit is available to assist you, 8am - 4pm Monday through Friday. We appreciate your patience as it may take a little longer than normal to get through to a Child Support Specialist during this crisis, but we are doing our best to address all calls as timely as possible.
