You First for Providers

You First helps eligible Vermonters get breast, cervical and heart health screenings. Our members get free mammograms, Pap tests and heart health checkups (blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar testing). You First also pays for diagnostic tests when needed; our clinical navigator is available to provide support and guidance.

PROVIDERS MAKE IT HAPPEN

You First providers have the opportunity to improve the health and well-being of underserved Vermonters through screening, early detection, and referrals to lifestyle interventions. Providers play a key role in our program by sending results to You First after a member is screened. 

Enrolling as a You First provider is easy! If you are already enrolled with DXC Technology as a Medicaid provider, you are automatically enrolled as a You First provider. You are considered an active provider and can immediately bill for services.

If you are not already enrolled as a Vermont Medicaid provider, simply follow the instructions and enroll on the Vermont Medicaid Portal.
