The Springfield Local Health Office is the face of public health in our community. Our staff members are based in the towns they serve in Southern Windsor and Northern Windham Counties. We work with schools, worksites, coalitions, not-for-profit organizations, early childhood and health care providers and many others locally to promote health, prevent disease and prepare for emergencies. We help families and residents thrive through improved nutrition, immunization rates, health education and referrals to community resources.
