Findings and recommendations contained in the publications in this section come from analyses of applicable laws, regulations, policy guidance, barriers, promising practices, and models. Publications consider programs, service providers, and technology that assist individuals with disabilities to perform daily functions; and a variety of barriers to community living that exist across age groups, including but not limited to waiver waiting lists, state budget limitations, infrastructure shortcomings, and service provider shortages.
