Community Mental Health POC Locator
To promote community collaboration, each VA facility has identified a Community Mental Health (MH) Point of Contact (POC). The Community MH POC provides ready access to information about VA eligibility and available clinical services, ensures warm handoffs at critical points of transition between systems of care, and provides ongoing liaison between VA and Community Partners. Please use this locator to identify your Community MH POC at a VA medical facility in your state.

National Resource Directory (NRD)
The NRD was developed through a partnership between the Departments of Defense, Labor, and Veterans Affairs and provides links to services and resources that support Service members, Veterans, families, and caregivers. The NRD lists resources from federal, state, and local government websites, as well as from nonprofit organizations and educational institutions.
