Prevent Heat-related Illnesses

​Temperatures and humidity have both remained high in many areas following the hurricanes.  As you clean-up from the storm, make sure that you take steps to prevent heat-related illness.  Take plenty of breaks.  Drink lots of water or other non-alcoholic and non-caffinated beverages.  Use the resources below to learn more about recognizing​, preventing and caring for someone who with heat-related illnesses.
