HMA Procurement Standards Job Aid

This job aid describes the procurement standards for non-Federal entities that obtain property and services under a Hazard Mitigation Assistance Federal award. Procurement includes the selection, award, and administration of contracts.
These procurement standards are required by the Office of Management and Budget Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (2 CFR Part 200).
