FY 2021 Congressional Justification

The FY 2021 President’s Budget request for ACF, including both mandatory and discretionary appropriations, is $55 billion in budget authority, a decrease of $5.3 billion from the FY 2020 enacted level.

ACF Budget is $60.3 billion for FY 2020 ($1.4 billion below FY 2019). $35.8 billion for Mandatory programs and $24.4 billion for Discretionary programs.
