Bureau of Health Workforce Clinician Dashboards
BHW’s Clinician Dashboards offer data tools and information related to the retention and distribution of BHW program participants who have completed training or service. The dashboards include: alumni retention data for NHSC and Nurse Corps loan repayment and scholarship programs from FY 2012 – 2019; and unified data showing the distribution of alumni of BHW programs, including the National Health Service Corps (NHSC), Nurse Corps (NC), and the Teaching Health Centers Graduate Medical Education (THCGME) and Children’s Hospitals Graduate Medical Education Payment (CHGME) programs.
Use the ‘Alumni Dashboards’ to:
- View retention rates for NHSC and Nurse Corps program alumni
- Analyze results for specific subsets of the data by filtering on various clinician, program, location, and site attributes
- Analyze retention results on a map of the United States

Explore the Alumni Clinician Dashboards
Use the ‘Unified Dashboards’ to:
- View distribution measures for all BHW program alumni that are included in the current dataset, including NHSC, Nurse Corps, THCGME, and CHGME.
- Analyze results for specific subsets of the data by filtering on various clinician, program, location, and site attributes
- Analyze distribution of program alumni on a map of the United States
