Congresswoman Dingell serves on the House Committee on Energy and Commerce and the House Committee on Natural Resources, in addition to being a Senior Whip. On Energy and Commerce, Dingell is a member of the Subcommittee on Health, the Subcommittee on Consumer Protection & Commerce, and the Subcommittee on the Environment & Climate Change. On Natural Resources, Dingell is a member of the Subcommittee on National Parks, Forests, and Public lands, the Subcommittee on Water, Oceans, and Wildlife, and the Subcommittee on Energy and Mineral Resources.
Congresswoman Dingell was elected by her Democratic colleagues to serve as Co-Chair of the House Democratic Policy and Communications Committee (DPCC). As Co-Chair, Dingell works with fellow Co-Chairs Ted Lieu (D-CA), Matt Cartwright (D-PA), and Joe Neguse (D-CO) to develop the Caucus policy agenda and communications strategy.
