Jeff's office can provide you with information about immigrant or non-immigrant visas, citizenship, and applications for other immigration programs such as asylum or refugee status. We can help you navigate the immigration process and procedures, but please understand that you may want to find an attorney to provide you legal advice about immigration laws or advocate your substantive legal claims.

Please fill out the online form and then print the corresponding privacy release. Send your completed privacy release to Jeff's Portland office, and a member of our Constituent Services Team will get back to you to discuss how we can best help you.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader (a free program) in order to generate and print out the privacy release for your signature. If you are unable to print this privacy release form, please call our Portland office after completing the online form. We will be happy to mail you a paper copy of a privacy release form for you to use.

Mail Delay

Due to heightened security concerns in the U.S. Capitol, all physical mail sent to my Senate office in Washington, D.C., may be significantly delayed by security screening procedures.
