Washington – Today, Rep. Ken Buck (CO-04) and Rep. Zoe Lofgren (CA-19) introduced the Bankruptcy Venue Reform Act of 2021, legislation requiring that Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings take place where the principal place of business or principal assets of the corporation are located.

Rep. Ken Buck (R-Colo.) and Rep. Rick Allen (R-Ga.) reintroduced the Saving American History Act, legislation that would ban federal funds from being used to teach the 1619 Project in K-12 schools or school districts. Sen. Cotton reintroduced companion legislation in the Senate.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Congressman Ken Buck (R-Colo.) released the following statement concerning his opposition to the $484 billion coronavirus bill that passed the House today:
"We are engaged in a bipartisan bankruptcy of this country. We will not heal our communities and put an end to this crisis by throwing trillions of dollars at an economy chained by a government-mandated quarantine.
