“I noticed there were no handicap parking spaces at the Mount Holly Post Office. Congressman Kim’s office helped by contacting the USPS and the USPS then installed handicapped parking spaces. This won’t affect me, but it will help others.”

“Excellent service. I had problems getting Medicare Part B approved. Four trips to the Social Security office did not resolve the issue. After one trip to Andy Kim’s office, the problem was solved within two weeks.”

“Early in April 2020, I contacted Social Security to make a change to my benefits. When the changes were made by SS, they inadvertently dropped my Plan B and wiped out all of the history. I called SS and they said it was a mistake and it could take up to 30 days to resolve this issue. I followed up for months with no results. I am 70 years old and have health issues and was quite upset to lose my only medical coverage. I sent a request to Congressman Kim’s office and they quickly contacted Social Security. Due to their intervention, my Plan B coverage was reinstated in about three weeks. I’ve seen my doctors and got my prescriptions filled which is a tremendous relief. I am so grateful for their help.”

Andy Kim’s office took our information, checked the status of our passports and kept in touch with at least 3 phone calls. Within a week and a half, we both received our passports, and I am sure that Congressman Kim’s office helped expedite the process. Thank you, Andy, you really do help your constituents and we really do appreciate all the work you do on our behalf.”

“Turning 65, I discovered a disconnect between several federal agencies as I attempted to complete the mandatory Medicare sign-up. Social Security, Health and Human Services, and the Department of Defense were not working together to resolve my issues. Congressman Kim’s office was able to get a response from the various agencies, and I finally got my application submitted and approved. Their advocacy was outstanding.”

“Feeling I was at a dead end, I contacted Congressman Kim’s office on a Tuesday, the next day I was contacted by their team! I explained my situation, and they sent me forms and I provided the information I had. By Saturday morning, I checked my Social Security and Medicare information online. To my amazement, it appeared this all was resolved! I cannot express how grateful I am to Congressman Kim’s team and how he was able to assist me. I definitely could not do this on my own!”

“My wife and I were having great difficulty getting a withdrawal from Social Security and back payments owed to us. We were in a Social Security ‘Black Hole.’ Congressman KIm’s staff worked along with us for almost 6 months until we finally received the results and back payments that were owed to us. Without their assistance, I am sure we could not have resolved our issues with Social Security by ourselves.”

“With much gratitude and appreciation, I want to commend Congressman Andy Kim for giving me a new lease on life! I am a former Marine and had my right leg amputated above the knee. For nearly a year, the VA kept me believing the prosthetic lab was busy working on a state-of-the-art leg for me. Much to my dismay, I learned that much of the staff had resigned from the VA and the individual in charge denied my having that leg as he felt I was an ‘unsuitable’ candidate. Congressman Kim was able to break through the bureaucratic red tape, and I am now walking better than I have been since the operation. The Congressman really cares for veterans, and I want everyone to know it!
