If you are a resident of the Colorado 7th district planning to visit Washington, D.C., our office can provide you with information about many of the great monuments, museums, and historic landmarks the city has to offer. All tickets are free and are awarded on a first-come, first served basis. Tickets to various sites can be limited so we strongly encourage you to plan your trip early and submit requests for tickets three months in advance. Please be aware that tours tend to fill up more quickly during the holidays and spring and summer months. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot make any guarantees..

WHITE HOUSE TOURS: The White House Visitors Office is pleased to announce public tours of the White House will resume April 15, 2022. Initial opening capacity will be limited with public tours initially offered from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, excluding Federal holidays or unless otherwise noted. Due to high demand for White House tours, it is recommended to submit White House tour requests well in advance, and admission is not guaranteed.

U.S. CAPTIOL: Starting May 2022, all Capitol visitors will be encouraged to directly reserve their Capitol tours up to three months in advance on the Capitol Visitor Center website. If you are unable to reserve a tour on your own, there may be a possibility that Congressman Perlmutter’s office can assist by providing a staff-led tour. Please know that staff-led tours will still be limited and only conducted once per week for up to 15 visitors. You have the best chance of receiving a U.S. Capitol tour by booking it directly through the CVC as soon as possible.

U.S. SUPREME COURT: The Supreme Court is closed to tours until further notice.

LIBRARY OF CONGRESS: Reservations for the Library of Congress are completed by constituents and can be accessed at https://loc.usedirect.com/LOC/.

KENNEDY CENTER: The Kennedy Center is currently offering public tours on a walk-in basis from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays and from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on weekends. Tour groups cannot exceed more than 10 people, and all patrons are required to wear masks over their mouth and nose for the entirety of their tour. Additionally, virtual tours are offered on the Kennedy Center website.
