Tom Tiffany calls his legislation the 'Farm Act,' which stands for the 'Future Agriculture Retention and Management Act.'

After the U.S. Department of Agriculture found the Nemadji Trail Energy Center (NTEC) in Superior would have no significant impact on the environment, President Joe Biden’s power-grabbing Environmental Protection Agency stepped in and said the proposed natural gas plant had failed to account for climate change and emissions.

There is great concern about the tens of thousands of acres in Wisconsin that may be taken out of agricultural production and into wind and solar production. As more land is being converted away from agriculture production, the FARM Act is helping to combat that.
