The internship opportunities published here do not include all potential Senate internships. Each Senate office manages their intern program, and information can typically be found on their individual websites.

The Office of Senator Jacky Rosen is now accepting applications for our Spring 2023 Internship Program! We welcome Nevadans or those studying in Nevada to apply for an opportunity in our Las Vegas, Reno, and Washington, DC offices. There is also an opportunity to receive the Richard Bryan Internship Scholarship which pays $15/hour for up to 40 hours per week. In order to be eligible for the Richard Bryan Internship Scholarship, students must be a resident of Nevada or be enrolled in an accredited college or university in Nevada, and must have demonstrated an interest in, but not limited to, public service and the legislative process. Interns are also eligible to receive school credit. The Judiciary Committee staff of U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar is accepting applications for full-time law clerks for Fall 2022 to work in-person in her Washington, D.C. office. Law clerks will assist Senator Klobuchar’s Judiciary Committee staff with research, hearing preparation, and drafting memos. Projects will focus on a variety of areas within the Judiciary Committee’s jurisdiction, including criminal law, antitrust, civil rights, immigration, and judicial nominations. The position is unpaid, although past participants have received funding from their law school.
