Washington, D.C. Office

The Office of Congresswoman Susan Wild (PA-07) is seeking full or part-time interns to assist her legislative and press teams in Washington D.C. for Fall 2022. Candidates should be motivated, flexible, and detail-oriented individuals with availability beginning in late August. 

Intern responsibilities include answering constituent phone calls, compiling press clips, and assisting staff with projects in a wide array of issue areas. Candidates should possess strong oral and written communication skills, an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a good sense of humor. Candidates with Pennsylvania ties are strongly encouraged to apply.

Pennsylvania District Offices

The Office of Congresswoman Susan Wild (PA-07) is seeking part-time interns to assist her constituent services/outreach team in her Pennsylvania district offices. Candidates should be motivated, flexible, and detail-oriented individuals with 16 hours of availability per week for 16 weeks during the Spring, Summer or Fall semester. Intern responsibilities include answering constituent phone calls, sorting mail and faxes, drafting correspondence, creating commendations, attending outreach events, and assisting staff with projects in various issue areas. Candidates should be outgoing, empathetic, and possess strong oral and written communication skills, an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a good sense of humor. Candidates of diverse backgrounds, multiple language fluencies, and/or current residency in PA-07 are strongly encouraged to apply. Academic credit is available for qualifying students.
